Lisa is fun, adventurous rock chick who loves bodybuilding. When she is not training, she love listening to rock music and watching sports. On average Lisa train about five times a week and tend to keep the weights heavy and the reps low. She first got into training about six years ago as a way of keeping fit and getting into shape.

Lisa have been training seriously though for about four years. The first time she lifted a weight she became hooked instantly. SheI loved the way it made her feel and the effect it had on her body. She became addictive watching her muscles grow and she love pushing herself to the limit each time she go into the gym. LisaI soon discovered that she was very strong for a woman; especially her legs. At present, Lisa is squatting over 500lbs and her maximum dead lift and bench are just under 400lbs.
