I was born and raised in Southern Cal. My parents moved us to Montana when I was 16.  I was 19 years old when I first stepped into Broadwater Athletic Club in Helena, Montana. I was hooked on lifting from day one. I loved the feel and the fast results I got. I was a skinny little thing then and I wanted more shape.it was never enough! It started off as a nice little hobby for me, then I was encouraged to compete in 1990.whew, that really got me wanting to do more. It's many years later  2 children (21 and 19), a 2 year old grandaughter, a great supportive husband and living in wonderful California again.....I'm still hooked and always wanting to improve. I think there's one thing that bodybuilders share in their personality is...we are determined for perfection!
