Yolanda was born, raised, and lives in Los Angeles. She began competing in 1983, with her first competition being the Amateur Grand Prix in Glendale California. She has continued to compete and improve since, and won 1st in the 2003 Los Angeles as a middleweight, and competed in the 2003 USA's where she placed 15th. Copyright
